This is a single pole replacement thermostat for dishwashers, bain marie and hot cupboards and replaces the EGO 55.13212.330 for brands Lincat, Corsair, and Viscount. It has a temperature range of 30-90 deg, a 1.5m capillary wire, and a 6 x 90mm sensing bulb and is supplied with a split gland for fitting onto the gland.
We have a full range of single-pole thermostats covering a temperature range of 30-320 deg°C, all are available from stock. They are suitable for controlling the temperatures on equipment such as hot cupboards, bain-maries, fryers, ovens, griddles, and pizza ovens to name a few.
knobs and bezels are available as an optional accessory. We can also supply the associated high limit thermostats as well.
