Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders are inclusive of shipping charges, so what you see is what you pay.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch most orders the same day where ever possible for next WORKING day deliveries if the order is placed before 1PM

If orders are placed on the weekend or bank holidays there will be a delay till the next working day.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have placed your online order and payment has been made, you will receive a email notification of the transaction.

The order will then be received by our warehouse department for processing. Once it has been picked and packed, it will then be ready shipped with the relevant courier.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be ready as soon as your order transaction has been completed. You can download it from the email you receive.

You will also receive one in the parcel on receipt of the goods.

How long do I have to return an order?

Once your order has been received, you have up to 7 days to notify us of any picking errors.

Should you for what ever reason decide you no longer require the items you can return them back to us within 28 days of purchase. They must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging fit for sale.

How is the recipient reimbursed?

This is done once the goods have been returned or an agreement to keep or dispose of is agreed.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Reimbursement is done using the same method that was originally used to make payment.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Free Shipping is only available for mainland UK. Should other shipment addresses be required, this will be calculated once the shipping address has been completed.

Is there a restocking charge?

Generally, we allow returns without any charges as long as they are returned to us in an unused condition.

The exceptions as below list.

  • Item has been specifically manufactured: No return
  • Item has been used: No return
  • Item has been returned damaged: No return

How can I return an item?

This can be done by the following methods:-

Visit to our in-store Trade Counter.

Shipping by post or courier.

Note: all returns must be returned with a copy of the original order or returns number.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You will receive the same as the advertised photo. If different we will accept returns and organised collection.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items may show temporarily out of stock due to demands. We will however endeavor to restock as soon as possible.
