N1020 PID controller SSR/Relay Output, thermocouple/PT100 input, 48x24mm cutout hole.
The N1020 temperature controller is a high-performance device that can handle complex and critical processes with its self-adaptive PID control algorithm. This algorithm adjusts the PID parameters automatically and optimizes the response of the controller.
The device has a compact front panel of 48 x 24 mm, which makes it ideal for applications with limited space. It can work with various thermocouple types, Pt100, and 0-50 mV.
The configuration of the device can be done either through the front keyboard or the USB interface. The USB interface allows the use of QuickTune, free software from NOVUS that simplifies the configuration process. The device does not need to be powered from the rear terminals when using the USB interface.
This is a great alternative to the CAL 3200 PID Temperature Controller which offers the same features at a lower price.

A proportional–integral–derivative controller (PID or three-term controller) is a control loop feedback used on applications that require continuous control operation. A PID controller continuously calculates an error value as the difference between the setpoint (SP) and a measured process variable (PV) and applies a correction based on proportional, integral, and derivative terms (denoted P, I, and D, respectively), hence the name.
