The Jumo Frying Range Combistat is a versatile electro-mechanical temperature controller with a range of 0-250 degrees Celsius. Available in both 80mm and 60mm diameters, this device requires no additional energy for temperature measurement, making it incredibly efficient. With a durable steel housing and a liquid-filled or gas-filled measuring system, the MICROSTAT-M offers accurate temperature control without the need for transmission gearing. Its unique design utilizes the expansion of the measuring bulb, converted into a rotary movement of the pointer, to operate the microswitch through a lever system.
