Why use a Leaf Thermocouple?

Leaf thermocouple sensors are great when there is limited space or when the temperature between the heating element and product surface must be measured. Manufactured using a thin steel sheet allows it to be shimmed under a flat surface. To pick up the temperature reading between the two surfaces. Leaf thermocouples are available from us in type J or K configurations.
