Specification
– Choose from different types of sensors: J, K, T, E, N, R, S, B thermocouples, Pt100 RTD, 0-50 mV, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V signals
– Set your own working range according to your needs
– Transmit a 4-20 mA or 20-4 mA signal with 2-wire loop power
– Use a 2 or 3-wire Pt100 sensor with a linearized output
– Compensate for cold junction effects with thermocouples
– Get an optional 0 to 10Vdc output
– Configure the device easily with TxConfig Windows® software
– Connect to a PC via TxConfig interface for configuration
– Adjust the zero (offset) manually with a front key on the TxIsoRail
– Power the device with 12 to 35 Vdc (4-20 mA) or 18 to 30 Vdc (0-10 Vdc)
– Achieve high accuracy: Pt100, 0-50 mV (voltage) and 0-20 mA (current) ±0.20% of full scale. Thermocouples ± 0.25% of full scale ± 1 °C
– Minimize temperature effect: 0.003% of maximum SPAN/°C
– Operate in a wide temperature range: -40 to +85 °C (-40 to 185 °F)
– Protect the sensor from failure: program burnout upscale or downscale
– Fit the device in a small space: 72 mm (H) x 78 mm (D) x 19 mm (W)
– Isolate the sensor input from the output loop: 1000 Vac
– Filter out mains noise: select 60 Hz or 50 Hz filter
