What are Strip Heaters used for?

Finned strip heaters are used for process air heating applications such as (drying cabinets, ovens, baking ovens, vacuum dehydrating ovens, moisture protection for motors); hoppers, conveyors, ducts, car heating, thawing. Others are also original equipment (air conditioning, laboratory equipment, food packaging, ovens, presses, drying equipment). The fins improve heat transfer in free or forced air heating applications.

Constructed of selected, high grade materials suitable for maximum sheath temperature less than 538 °C and 0.559 mm thick cadmium plated steel fins
Controlled coil process and placement assures uniform heat distribution
Special refractory material possesses offers excellent heat transfer characteristics and insulation properties
Slotted mounting tabs allow lineal expansion during initial heat-up
Rated voltages are 120V or 240V
