Available as part of our commercial gas range, we currently stock a selection of high-quality jet burners. These are made from cast iron – measuring approximately 13.5″ (342mm) in diameter. The 44 jet burner is the largest available and is for heavy-duty industrial cooking!
We only offer this model with jets for Natural Gas (NG) supply,
The 44-jet burners have a maximum flow rate of:
- 235,000 BTU for NG (68.9KW)
Gas jet burners are primarily for outdoor use and are most commonly used in a commercial catering environment – for Indian stock-pot cookers, Chinese wok cookers, and hot plate ranges. However, if necessary, c can also use them indoors with the addition of a vent hood.
