Our nozzle heater range is hermetically sealed to provide the best performance when it comes to the heating of nozzles on plastic injection machines. These heaters minimise the contamination of plastic leaks which sometimes are unavoidable. Nozzle heaters are available in various sizes and configurations. The heaters are made from high-quality brass and supplied with stainless steel braided leads which are connected via a spigot offset leg.
What are Nozzle Heaters Used For?
Nozzle heaters are used to apply specific heat to an area on an injection moulding machine called the injection nozzle. These come in various diameters and lengths and without the heating of the nozzles, it would be impossible for the plastic to flow out of them.
Our nozzle heaters are totally sealed (hermetically) which offers improved durability and reduction in down times. This makes them a cost-effective alternative to other designs that are not hermetically sealed in the same way.
