The temperature is controlled using a mechanical thermostat/simmerstat or by the use of a digital thermostat. The ceran glass is rated to withstand very high temperatures up to 700 deg C and prevents shattering. The heated ceran servery counter glass is ideal for displaying hot dishes such as pies, pastries, pizzas, soups, and more. It can also help to maintain the quality and freshness of the food, as well as reduce food waste and contamination.
