A Ceran glass ceramic heated servery counter is a type of display case that keeps food warm and visible to customers. It consists of a heated base and a glass top and is temperature controlled using a digital or mechanical thermostat or simmerstats. The ceran glass is rated to withstand very high temperatures up to 700 deg C and prevents shattering. The heated ceran servery counter glass is ideal for displaying hot dishes such as pies, pastries, pizzas, soups, and more. It can also help to maintain the quality and freshness of the food, as well as reduce food waste and contamination.
